Abbie Cornish is an Australian actor. She was born on the 7th of August, 1982. Cornish is best known for her role in movies including Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) as well as Sarah and Geostorm (2017). Cornish received her very first Screen Actors Guild Award in the cast of this movie. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin was the star of Adventureland (2009), and Ann McDonough appeared in The Mothman Prophecies 2002 and other films. Betty Gilpin was able to choose to become an actor because of the love and support she was given by her parents. Fordham College is where Betty Gilpin honed her skills. Following graduation, Gilpin began performing in off-Broadway productions while submitting auditions for TV and film roles. Gilpin was able to land a guest appearance in the NBC show Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001-2011) and followed by small parts for the films Ghost Town (2008) and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin kept getting TV guest appearances throughout the years. Her breakthrough occurred in 2013 when she got a role as the main character in the series Nurse Jackie. Gilpin was Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin in 34 episodes before Nurse Jackie ended its run in June of 2015. Gilpin starred in True Story (2015) the subsequent year.
