Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange in California. With my wonderful partner JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where the majority of my followers are. I share my daily life, my good and bad days. In 1990, my family moved to America. When I was of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. Given the chance to live the best life possible, I wanted to do the best I could to please them. I determined to achieve my goals. My life was set out for me to attend university, find work in a corporate as well as marry and then buy an apartment. My idea of success was to go to college after graduation, and then find an employment in a corporation. After that, I'd marry then buy a house, and then have children. Life had other ideas. In 2013, I found I disliked my corporate position. Although the salary and status were good, I didn't feel like it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was just spending my time. I was passionate about exercising and enjoyed having fun and helping people while I walked this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. In 2014 I started my small business and this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th year anniversary. In the field of coaching it is not a lot of Asian women. It is my goal to be a positive influencer within the business to offer high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets their personal needs and goals. It is my aim to inspire others to pursue their dreams, and to live the lives they have always dreamed of. When my business was taking the air I also lost my mom. It was the most devastating of them all. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and now rests in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and heart always. Life's lessons are often hidden from us however they are extremely beneficial. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance at life. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to enter her next life. I got my second opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. My 30's are the first time I really feel I'm living my life. My experiences are shared with you so that I can share with you my experiences and words. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is vital and normal. Health is the best asset. Since death is the only thing we have in life, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
