Lucy played the role of Esther Hagadorn in the 2013 Canadian-American movie Copperhead. Following this she portrayed a mysterious model named Raphina in the comedy drama film Sing Street. In the year 2017, Helena Andrenyi was her part in her role in the Agatha Christies Murder on the Orient Express film.

Stella Maeve was born in New York and is a native American. Her most well-known for her role as Julia Wicker, the main character on The Magicians. Maeve was Native American. She is native to New York. Maeve is a Blackfoot Cherokee. She debuted on screen in 2005's short film Liminality. In 2005 she made her first appearance on big screens in the critically acclaimed comedy Transamerica. The first time she appeared on television was the same year in the season 4 episode of Law & Order Criminal Intent . Nadia Decotis was her role in Dick Wolf's Chicago franchise Chicago P.D. . She played the character from 2011 until 2015 and then reprised it in Law & Order Special Victims Unit, a second show on TV developed by Wolf. She also began portraying the lead female character Julia Wicker in the Syfy show, a fantasy drama called The Magicians that year. As Stella Maeve found a solid footing as a TV actress she continued to act in indie films. She received the Robert Altman Spirit Award, for the film Starlet.
